Not much to really say on this one. Anyone familiar with any racing series knows what constitutes a clean lap. Don't hit barriers, don't cut corners etc.
A tip to get this somewhat quickly, look for tracks either under five miles in length or something with a lot of straights(like Canada.)
Also I would recommend using the Williams car because it will help you earn clean laps towards the William the Conqueror achievement as well.
