This can easily be boosted with one other person. Can be done in a private lobby or any of the three hoppers. After successfully winning the race, the achievement will unlock. It’s worth noting you can pause the game during an online race and it will drive for you.

Simple enough trophy (if you can connect to the servers that is). Simply win an online race in any one of the preset lobbies, or in a custom race. Therefore, you and a friend can set up a custom lobby and take it in turns to win a race each. Do this with the race distance set to 3 laps so you can get this one out of the way as quickly as possible.
