This can easily be boosted with one other person. From the main menu, select Multiplayer, then Standard. You will then be returned to the main menu while the game searches for a hopper session. After successfully finding a session and completing the race, the achievement will unlock. It’s worth noting you can pause the game during an online race and it will drive for you.

In essence this one is the same as above, but instead you need scroll down to the ‘Standard’ menu and complete one of the two races shown. However, it is slightly more difficult to find a standard lobby than a beginner lobby, as most players race in the Beginner playlist, so you’ll be hard pressed to find a Standard Hopper.
