How to unlock the Super Monaco achievement in F1 2015 - Definitive Guide

Ok, so if like me the thought of driving round Monaco 78 times doesn't fill you with joy....here's a way you only need to do 2 laps.

First, in the practice session do your out lap, then the lap that'll count towards your percentage.
Now as soon as you've crossed the line hit pause, save and exit.
Go to continue pro season and as soon as it starts press cn_X for your flashback, cross the start/finish line and your percentage goes up again. Make sure you press cn_X instantly, the longer you leave it the closer to the line each save will be and you'll end up having to go around again

Just keep hitting start, save and exit once you've crossed the line and you'll have it done in no time.

It took me about an hour with this method, much quicker than driving round.

Ok, i'm starting to get it. But my point is where i really dont get it is when you say "When you load back up use X or corresponding PS button) to flashback to before the line, But when i press X it just stops the flash back like it pauses it. Now theres a Square button that says flashback and that one just puts you in where ever the flash back is at. You get what i'm saying? Or what your saying is load the game once i cross the line, then load it by hitting continue season (It will put me before i crossed the line on my previous game play) Then hit the square button which puts me to play where ever the flashback is and play and pass the finish line again and then pause exit and then the same process again?

Took me 20 mins by hitting restart session and load session save made before the start/finish line.
Load save - hit cn_X - restart session
do it 77 more times.

Perhaps my real question is, do i have to cross the line again by playing my self once the flashback drops me before the finish line? Or do i have to fast forward the flashback for it to cross the finish line by fast forwarding it?

Once you've pressed to flashback and it puts you before the finish line you drive over it again yourself, then pause...save & exit. Use the flashback once you've reloaded to go before the line again. if Playstation has a percentage tracker for the trophy, you should see the percentage go up once you've driven over the line. Then repeat those steps another 77 times...

DzeDawg - absolute genius. This also is a good way to finish off the 500 laps on a European track

TheAllFather. Once you cross the line to start your 3rd lap, pause then save and exit. When you load back up use cn_X (or corresponding PS button) to flashback to before the line, when you cross the line again it'll count as a lap on the tracker. Then just repeat those steps.

I initially tried it the way DzeDawg done it, but that didn't work for me. Try both to see what works for you.

Good news, laps done in the practice sessions of the weekend count.

There are three practice sessions, two are 90 minutes long and the last is 60 minutes so you will have more than enough time to knock out 78 laps, and as its only practice you can cut the corners without penalty smile

Take your time, gentle on the throttle, you don't have to go fast at all just don't wreck the car.
My advice would be to let anyone behind you pass as they tend to hit you in the back otherwise

EDIT:
set your fuel mix to lean and you shouldn't have to pit as often

Also, if you crash or lose a wing press start and make a mid-session save then reload that save. You can then rewind like you would if you had a flashback

EDIT 2:
Forget pitting, it takes too long!
The out lap from the pits and the in lap when they tell you to come in don't count as they aren't full laps, the load times aren't bad so it's quicker to restart the session if they tell you to pit for fuel

Nice guide I was worried I would have to do a full race with manual gears around Monaco. 30 lap sessions is much easier. Thank you

No worries, you can restart the session at any point and all laps still count.
If it's dry for practice one then keep restarting that as it might rain in practice 2/3

For this trophy the laps count between all sessions Practice, Qualiy & Race, If you do not get them during the season it doesn't matter start a new season skip all races to Monaco and clock up the rest of the laps you need.

You don't have to do all 78 laps in a single race. It can be split between 2 or more races. Each lap counts as you complete it. A race ended by a crash or black flag will not discount the laps done.

Pro Season is a new mode for F1 2015 which is probably the toughest challenge seen in any F1 game. You have no assists, and these cannot be changed. The mode uses the cockpit cam, which also cannot be changed. There is no HUD either, so you have to communicate with your race engineer to gain critical information. The AI is also set to Legend.

For this trophy, all you need to do is drive 78 laps around Monaco in this mode. It can be done in practice, qualifying and the race, so it can be done over an entire race weekend. If you do a number of practice and qualifying laps, this trophy should pop towards the end of the race. To get the trophy faster, skip the first five races of the season and start from Monaco.

You can also do laps in practice (free practice)
