Go into Time Trial, set the weather to Raining. Put as many assists on as you feel you need(like traction control) and then select a course(Austria is the quickest). When the course loads up go onto "go to track" then "flying lap"
Make sure you don't go off the track as you complete a lap. Be gentle when accelerating out of corners. Quit after you complete a lap and then move onto another course.

Melbourne
Monza
Mexico
