How to unlock the Constructors' Champion achievement in F1 2016 - Definitive Guide
This is unlocked by winning the Formula 1 Constructors' Championship in Career.*
For those not familiar with Formula 1, there are 2 Championships to compete for in each Season:
> Drivers' Championship
This compares the point totals of all drivers, most points wins.
> Constructors' Championship
This combines the points of both drivers in a team, and compared those point totals with those of the other 10 teams in competition. Again, most points wins.
The easiest solution would be to choose a top level team (either Ferrari or Mercedes), set the AI Difficulty to Very Easy and win every race in a season. Your teammate will amass enough points to help guarantee you the Constructors' Championship.
If you are currently in a Career with a different team, things get a little trickier.
The maximum number of points a team can earn during a race weekend is 43 (25 + 18).
If you win the race the maximum another team can earn is 33 (18 + 15), which means your teammate will need to earn 8 or more (finish 6th or higher) to ensure that your team takes the most points from a race.
Keep an eye on the totals as the season progresses and continue to win races.
One final note: The Championship may be "won early" if you have a large enough points lead. Even so, you must complete the season to be awarded the trophy at the end, and to unlock the Achievement.
Good luck.
*It may also be possible to unlock this in Championship Season mode, but I haven't tested it. Comment below if it also works there.

Naturally, this means you and your teammate accumulating enough points over the course of the season, 21 races, for your team to win the Championship. Clearly you need to do well throughout the season, but you also need your teammate to do well. Improving your car helps with this as your teammate gets the same upgrades as you do.
This took me 2 seasons to achieve because it took me into the second season to acquire all the vehicle upgrades. My teammates performance gradually got better, even beating me a couple races.
The trophy will not pop until the end of the last race.

If you are new to F1, I would highly advise sticking with one of the top tiered teams like Mercedes, Red Bull or Ferrari. This might not come straight away (depending on who you pick at the start + your settings), but if you've picked one of these teams, then winning the Drivers + Constructors shouldn't be too difficult. After 21 races the trophy will pop.
