How to unlock the Determined achievement in F1 2016 - Definitive Guide

Once you begin a career and have selected all the options for your driver, you are given the option to choose your starting team. Select either Renault, Sauber or Manor to unlock this achievement.

I would advise going for this first as getting the "overachieving" achievements will be easier in one of the lower end cars

Quite an easy achievement and worth completing quite early in the game. Start a new Career and pick your team choosing either Renault, Sauber or Manor

You have the option to create your Character, Helmet, Name & Number once you have gone through these stages the achievement will pop.

Repeat this process for the 'Tough at the Top' & 'Challenger' achievements before getting too deep into the game

Once you start a career and complete your driver details, you are given the option to join either Renault, Sauber or Manor.

Sign with either of these teams to unlock.
