In career after the first race you will be invited to complete one of two challenges. One is an overtake challenge with a Mclaren at Silverstone and the other is a pass challenge with a Renault at Suzuka.
You will need to win either of these and this achievement will unlock. If you fail, just retry until you complete the challenge.
