The easiest way to do this is to set the difficulty low and select Mercedes, Ferrari or Red Bull and win every race. Your teammate will finish in the top 6 every race and you will score enough points to win the Constructors Title.

However, you don't HAVE to select them. You can win the constructors with any team. if you win every race you will end up on 500 points. You can "fix" the outcome of some races by causing your rivals to crash. As long as you cut across the front of an opponent on a corner, you will not get penalized if they spin. If you need to, do this in several races but bear in mind the computer drivers will take points off each other as well.

The achievement pops when you win the Constructors Championship. This will be when you are one of:
Top of the Constructors after Abu Dhabi
44 points ahead after Brazil
87 points ahead after Mexico
130 points ahead after USA
173 points ahead after Japan
216 points ahead after Malaysia
etc.

It is difficult, but not impossible, to win the title earlier than that
