From the Main Menu select Grand Prix and pick any car you like. For the circuit you can either choose between Bahrain or Abu Dhabi (Yas Marina) but to save yourself some time, it's best to pick the short version of the Bahrain circuit and set the race length to the minimum required. Following this select heavy rain in the weather preferences setting and continue to complete the race to obtain this trophy.

To save yourself some time, you should combine this trophy with the The weather man trophy so see that for more info.
