As the game now includes couple of short version of some of the tracks, fastest way to get this achievement is to drive one lap around the Japan's Suzuka circuit. It takes under a minute to drive, even in wet conditions.
I recommend to drive in wet, due of "Slippery when wet" achievement, where you have to "set wet times in Time Trial at 5 circuits".
