When starting a career, choose one of Red Bull, Ferrari or Mercedes as your team. The achievement will then unlock.

You can only accept contracts in the Career Mode of the game, either by choosing a team at the start of your career or by accepting a contract offer during a Career Season. For the purposes of this trophy, it's easiest to just create a new Career from the main menu and select either Red Bull, Ferrari or Mercedes as soon as you have created a driver.
