As the game now includes couple of short version of some of the tracks, you can use those on time trial also. Remember to put wet weather on, at the track selection screen.

So, the fastest tracks for this achievement are:
Japan Short
Bahrain Short
Britain Short
Austria
Brazil

USA Short took me about 1.30min to drive around in wet conditions.

From the Main Menu, select Time Trial and go on to set valid lap times on 5 different circuits with the weather settings set to 'Wet'. Any of the circuits count so you can use the short version of Great Britain, USA and Bahrain as well to save yourself some time. For a valid lap you're not allowed to leave the track or collide with a wall. After you have completed a valid lap you can just quit out via the options menu and it will automatically save.

To save yourself some time, do this trophy in conjunction with the Time waits for no one trophy. Drive the 5 lap times on a wet track first, because these will count towards that trophy.
