You can only accept contracts in the Career Mode of the game, either by choosing a team at the start of your career or by accepting a contract offer during a Career Season. For the purposes of this trophy, it's easiest to just create a new Career from the main menu and select either McLaren or Sauber as soon as you have created a driver.
