Set up your own Grand Prix with your own settings. If you want to do this quickly then choose a 3 lap race. Choose Monaco as the circuit and make sure you put the time of day as Midnight. Any others will not work. Complete the race and the achievement will pop. It doesn't matter what position you are, as long as you finish the race.
Robinworldwide
Select Grand Prix from the Main Menu and choose the Monaco track and set the time of day to dusk, now choose either car and complete the race. The trophy will pop once the race is over.
