This is best done in Career but can also unlock in Championships if you select the "Formula 1 World Championship".
If you're going for the other Achievements this will come naturally but if not, be sure to set the AI difficulty to its lowest setting and the Race Distance to its shortest amount to make things easier.

This trophy will come naturally during your career because the Streets ahead trophy requires you to win just about every race in a career season. Remember this can be done on the easiest settings so this shouldn’t pose any difficulty.
