How to unlock the Aces High achievement in F1 2018 - Definitive Guide
The system remains largely unchanged from F1 2017, so the solution to this still applies (copied below):
To do this you will need to take part in Private and Public Multiplayer races, and earn XP after each one.
You earn XP for doing various things, such as:
> Finishing a race.
> Finishing in the top half of the field.
> Winning a race.
> Finishing on the Podium.
> Having a penalty-free race.
etc.
You can also earn XP for completing various Milestones, such as:
> Reaching a certain number of races completed.
> Reaching a certain number of races won.
> Reaching a certain number of kilometers driven.
etc.
In the main Multiplayer Menu (where you choose Ranked, Unranked etc.) you can see which game modes offer XP by examining the Superlicense area of the screen. If the third section (XP / Driver level) is highlighted, it will count towards this Achievement.
Finally, as mentioned in the comments this can be boosted in private sessions, whereas it couldn’t in previous titles. I would recommend staying in Ranked until you have unlocked the Skill and Safety Rating Achievements, but if you’ve done so and still need XP then Private Lobbies are a good place to go.
Good luck.

This can be done in a private custom game this year. I have 2 Xboxes so I boosted the 4 online wins win my dummy account name found that I still got XP. After doing 5 short track races, I’m just a hair under level 5. I recommend adding to your guide that it can easily be boosted this year in a custom game and set it to invite only.
