Hockenheim is the German track in the list, and you will naturally come across it as you play through the various game modes.
If you would like to multitask this however, I recommend combining it with these from Time Trial:

There is no need to do this on it's own, during your first career season, before the 3rd race of the season which is China, you will be asked to go to an invitational which is at Hockenheim. I picked Pursuit, after the first lap this pops (while you're still in the race).
Robinworldwide
This trophy will come automatically during your career playthrough, but if you want it out of the way quickly, select Time Trial from the Main Menu and choose the Hockenheim circuit (Germany). Now simply drive a round to obtain this trophy. If you make sure you race a clean lap you can do this in conjunction with the It's about time 
trophy.
