This trophy can be obtained by simply starting up a career and choose either of the mentioned teams. The trophy will pop as soon as you’ve chosen a teammate. You can get this trophy very quickly in conjunction with the Something to prove and Great expectations trophies by backing out with 
as soon as you’ve chosen a teammate and had the trophy pop, then pick one of the teams for the other trophies.
