This can only be done in Career.
During any Free Practice session you can select one of many Practice Programmes to run.
These task you with driving a few laps while also completing a specific challenge (such as managing tyre wear, learning the track layout, practicing Qualifying pace etc.). Their wider goal is to give you a way to earn Resource Points which can be spend on upgrading your car throughout the season.
Select any of these Practice Programmes and once you complete one the Achievement will unlock.

Whats the easiest one?
If you turn down the AI Difficulty to 0 they are all easy, but the least complicated ones are Qualifying Simulation and Race Pace Simulation, as you simply need to beat some target laptimes to succeed.

This is done in Career Mode. During free practice when you're in the paddock you can select Practice Programmes to obtain Upgrade Points. Simply complete one of these for this trophy. For an overview of the Practice Programmes and how to beat them, please refer to the As good as it gets 
trophy.
