Once you come to the team selection screen choose Ferrari, Mercedes or Red Bull and press

I'm already in a contract how to switch other contract? I just started to play. Thanks

If you already started to play and are advanced on the career, you are screwed, at least until the next season negotiations come and you are lucky to have another of these teams for the next one (2019).
If you don't care and started with some other, on the main menu there is a option "Reset Save Settings", confirm, then you reenter all your info and choose Ferrari, it pops.

This trophy can be obtained by simply starting up a career and choose either of the mentioned teams. The trophy will pop as soon as you’ve chosen a teammate. You can get this trophy very quickly in conjunction with the Something to prove and Contender trophies by backing out with 
as soon as you’ve chosen a teammate and had the trophy pop, then pick one of the teams for the other trophies.
