This can only be unlocked in Career.
During any Free Practice session you can partake in a number of Practice Programmes, and complete some Team Objectives.
In the Practice Programmes you are aiming for a “purple score”, which is a perfect result. This will either be a points or laptime target which you need to beat.
You may want to enable Flashbacks incase you mess up a corner.
In F1 2017 you could make the targets easier to achieve by turning down the AI difficulty. That may work here also (I unlocked this Achievement first try on my preferred difficulty level).
Also, you don’t need to complete all of these in a single session. If you do some in Free Practice 1, some in Free Practice 2 and some in Free Practice 3 the Achievement will still unlock once you’ve completed them all.
> Track Acclimatisation
Learn the track layout by driving through gates at each corner. Aim for the middle of each gate and keep your speed up to get the best scores.
> Tyre Management
Hit the target time while keeping tyre wear to a minimum. To do this you should avoid locking the brakes, turning aggressively into corners, and spinning the wheels on corner exit. If you up your Fuel Mix to [3] you may be able to gain enough time to hit the easily target.
> Fuel Management
Hit the target time while keeping fuel consumption to a minimum. This is best done by slightly lifting off the throttle before you brake, and not immediately going to full throttle on corner exit.
> ERS Management
Hit the target time while keeping ERS battery deployment to a minimum. One thing to note here is that your fuel mix will affect your ERS deployment rate also; if it’s set to [3] you’ll drain the battery faster. As with the fuel test lift off the throttle before you brake into a corner. If you have enough time over your target you can also slightly lift off on the straights to gain a little extra energy. Try to keep your ERS deployment to a low number (around [2] or [3]), only turning it up if you are struggling to hit the target time.
> Race Strategy
Complete a number of laps to a target time. You should aim to string 3 good laps together consecutively for a perfect result.
> Team Objectives
You will hit most of these through the Practice Programmes. These usually consist of simple challenges like using multiple tyre compounds in a single session, testing the DRS, reaching a certain top speed etc.

How do you know when you've perfected them in the garage. Was only sure I'd perfected qualifying pace until I left the session and I'd perfected 4

If you have a “purple result” on each then you should be good, just be sure to check the Team Objective also.

In Career Mode head to any Practice session and complete all of the challenges under the Practice Program heading.

+1, even though this particular achievement doesn't appear in the video, but all the details leading up to it are included. It should show up after you retire from the 3rd session, at about 14:35.

The maximum amount of resource points you can earn during Practice is set to 325. If you complete and perfect at least 5 of the 6 available practice programs you’re guaranteed to reach 325 points so just pick whichever programmes you like best or find the easiest to obtain this trophy.
