The 4 tracks you need for this are the following:
> Bahrain Short
> Silverstone Short
> Japan Short
> Circuit of the Americas Short
In the track selection screen these tracks are highlighted with an image of 2 arrows crossing each other (like an X) under the country flag.
I recommend doing this in Grand Prix, although the tracks can also be raced in Multiplayer (and occasionally in Career through Invitational events).
You don't need to do all 4 at once as the game will keep secretly track of which ones you have done. The Xbox Achievement Tracker also works for this.

As the trophy description suggests you simply need to complete a race on every short track variant. There’s only 4 tracks that have a short version which are Bahrein, Circuit of the Americas (USA), Silverstone (England) and Suzuka (Japan). You can race these both in offline and online fort hem to count.
