This is a long one and best performed with low AI. You'll have to run through two seasons with a podium finish in each race (41 of 42).

This is not missable, dont worry. You can continue season after season. If you don't get it at end of season two, you can get it in the next season.

Does not happen with multiple careers, this must be done only with the same !

Set difficulty to very easy, do one shot qualifying and get pole, then simulate the race. You may not always get a podium, but it is much quicker than doing the full race.

I have never got a podium this way in over 20 races.

I got pole position in qualifying and then simulated the race 5 times in a row (second season and I was already world champ with good rep and difficulty was set to zero) - every time it gave me 5th-8th position.

Have you done the one shot qualifying to get pole position first ? And set the difficulty to very easy ? Because when i did this i got a podium 8/10 times of trying.

Simply place top three in 41 races during your career. Note you can simulate the races from your workstation and still pick up this achievement.

There’s 21 races races in a single season so to obtain this trophy you’ll need to complete almost two full seasons while getting in third place or better, however you can have a career last as long as 10 seasons so you have plenty of time for this. This can be done on any difficulty setting.

A podium finish in race simulation mode counts. You just need to take pole position for the AI ​​to start first and it is advisable to fully upgrade the aerodynamics branch. Guaranteed AI comes second after teammate. Which is quite enough for a trophy.
I took 41 podiums myself, just in case.
