Self explanatory, and you will unlock this while attempting the other season-long Achievements. I recommend focusing on Career Mode since you will have to complete multiple seasons anyway in order to unlock the following:
The Matching a legend achievement in F1 2018 worth 171 pointsObtain 41 podium finishes in Career Mode
One thing to note is that you do not need to take part in every Session; you can skip Free practice sessions if you wish.
You also don't need to finish every race, so feel free to Retire or Disqualify yourself if you like.
Finally, you can Simulate races if you wish, your Achievement progress won't be affected.

If you pick Mercedes, what happens if you simulate races, will your Drivatar still come 1st?

oO NiGhTbAsE Oo you might win, early in the game your chances are high, but as time passes other teams will get better and you'll be more likely to come lower down the order

This is done in Career Mode. Simply complete a full season of 21 races so without skipping any of them. Technically you could skip free practice and qualifying but if you're going for the Platinum, you don't want to do that because of the As good as it gets 
trophy.
