How to unlock the Smile! achievement in F1 2018 - Definitive Guide

While driving (Single Player game modes only), press cn_back to enter Instant Replay.

In the bottom left press the button prompt related to Photo Mode and the Achievement will unlock. You don't need to do anything within the Photo Mode, merely entering it is enough.

A new addition this year is the photo mode and it comes with a simple enough trophy to earn. While out on the track press and select replay/rewind mode, from there press again to go into photo mode and the trophy should pop right away.
