Self-explanatory and very easy to do (especially if you turn the AI difficulty down to 0), but for those new to racing games, the "podium" refers to the Top 3 positions in a race.

This trophy will come naturally during your career, but can be done in any game mode. Simply get a top 3 spot in any race to obtain this trophy.
