> Head to Grand Prix, select Classic F1 Cars and choose one of the oldest cars available. (I chose the 1972 Lotus 72 D)
> Head into Assists and select "Manual" gear shifting. (You can also use Manual with Clutch if you are using a device that supports it)
From there you simply need to complete a race and you'll unlock the Achievement regardless of your race result.
