From the main menu head to Championships.
There are multiple event types here but the one I recommend would be the Sprint Series. This consists of 6 5-lap races with no Qualifying sessions.
Make sure to set the AI difficulty to 0 (Very Easy).

you have to go through all the races in the championship,without gaps! only in this case the achievement will open! solution needs to be updated

From the Main Menu choose Championship Mode and choose any of the available championships. Some Championships consist of only 6 rounds and if you win the first 4 you can quit out of the last 2 races and still win the championship, making these the shortest ones available. You can win any of the available championships to obtain this trophy though.
