From the main menu tap RB until you are at the “showroom” tab then press A.
Choose either F1 2019, Classic or F2 2018 then press A.
In the next menu there are various teams choose any of them by pressing A for “more info” and the achievement will pop.

Another one of the 3 main menu achievements you can get from the very start!
From the main menu, Click
until you get to the Showroom Tab, Click F1 2019, Classic or F2 and Click 
on any car to unlock the achievement straight away!
