Hello Guys and Gals!
All you need to do is complete a race with all assists turned off and thank god its not for winning it!
Go to grand prix on the main menu (Solo)
Again, as the other comment suggests, Japan short is your best bet and i will show you why!
No qualifying, 3 laps, make sure all your assists are off!
Now, if your amazing at the game (Like i'm not) you can walk this.. Maybe if your an Esports king/Queen... OR, you can do the easy option, and wait for the AI to win and cross the line.
Although, you still have to actually cross the line and finish the race for the achievement to unlock!

I just want to add to what everyone else said, except to mention that you actually do have to play the race and it is 5 laps now instead of 3.
You don't have to win but you do need to play or the game will end due to being stopped on the tracks.
This also means you can't damage your car to death. You need to still be standing when the AI crosses the finish line.

Hey all... Just pop'd this and only ran a 3 lapper, so 3 works.
(I actually got lapped so only made it around 2 times, but still pop'd the cheevo)

This can be done in any game mode but for the easiest time, select Grand Prix from the Main Menu and turn off all of the assists (both visual and mechanical). Also make sure to use Manual gears. Now go on to complete a race for this trophy. This trophy doesn’t require you to win the race so you can take as long as you want.
