Pretty Easy Achievement To Obtain!
What you want to do is when you are in the main menu move over to the "Multiplayer" Section of the game and then go to "Unranked"
Hopefully you will see a few session's in use, click on anyone of them to "join Session" and it will give you an option to "Ready up or Spectate",
Simply Spectate the race and you will obtain a cool 20G at the end of the race!

joined a race lap 12/13 and got the achievement if anyone was wondering if you need to start from qualifying.

The fastest achievement I ever got. When you get in the multiplayer you can see how many laps they have driven, I joined one where it stated 5/5 and it popped after 15 seconds.

To obtain this trophy, enter an online lobby (either ranked or unranked) and when there's a race in progress, choose to spectate. As soon as you do, the trophy should pop.
