To get this achievement you will need to buy a pair of gloves using the Pitcoin Currency in the game or earn them via the games Podium Pass (F1 2020's version of Seasonal Content/Battlepass)

You can view how many Pitcoins you have in the top right corner of the main menu.
I started the game with 15000 Pitcoins, I bought the Schumacher edition so unsure if the standard edition gives you less.

The quickest way is to buy directly from the in-game store.
Item Shop
On the games Main Menu, Select Home -> Item Shop
The store will show you 1 weekly item and 4 daily items.
The daily items refresh every day, so may not always have gloves available to buy - if so check the following day or get the Podium Pass.
The gloves tend to cost up to 2000 pitcoins.

Podium Pass
On the games Main Menu, press then Select Podium Pass.
The Podium Pass has free rewards but has a premium version available for 9000 pitcoins.
It is levelled by completeing races/time trials and by completing Standard/VIP/Series challenges.
As of season 1, gloves can be won at level 3 of the pass on the premium side or level 9 on the free side.
If you focus on the challenges for the extra xp this can be earned quite quickly, a long with other rewards.

Once you have either bought or unlocked a pair of gloves, head to the customisation tab on the main menu.
Select your racer and then edit.
Scroll across to gloves and equip the new pair you have obtained and the achievement should pop.
