You can do this in either Driver Career or My Team modes.

My housemate unlocked this in Driver Career after Race 8 (out of 10), and i unlocked it after Race 19 (out of 22) in My Team mode.

The achievement registers after you reach a certain amount of points in the Driver Standings, where no other driver can catch you, so if you always win, you will recieve this sooner than if you don't always win.

It may take some time for it to pop up on your screen, for me, it was after i answered the press questions, and for my housemate, it showed up when he got back onto home screen.

Race distance, Assists, and AI difficulty does not affect this achievement.
