This can be done by toggling to "Solo" from the home screen, then selecting "Grand Prix".
--> Choose the 'Classic Series' in the middle
--> Swipe across to the first Williams car, which is the one you need, the 1992 FW14B, select and continue
You can then select the track Silverstone (Britain), and the distance you want, along with your assists.
This must be done at the regular Silverstone track, and NOT Britain Short - i tried it first, and sadly, no achievement after the race.
Complete the race and win for the treasure
This can also unlock the "Hats Off" achievement for getting on the F1 podium for the first time.
