1. Head over to the Multiplayer tab by pressing RB

2. Go to Leagues

3. Find League

4. There should be suggested leagues in the bottom right. Choose one.

5. Hit join League

Creating your own League does not unlock this for anyone wondering. But you can have your own League and also join another.
