This is entirely possible to win in your first season, although, maybe not that possible if you are into 100% clean racing xD
If you aren't in a hurry to obtain this, you can focus on it when you have a better driver and car, probably about your second or third season (once you have facility specs, car, and acclaim levels to the standards of a good solid driver).
The Constructors Championship works on points, with the top 10 finishes from the race acoring points. In my game, i almost always had Mercedes and Ferrari finish after me, so naturally, they would score points every race and be the top of the Constructors table, as my driver wouldn't finish in the top 10, in any race, so it would just be me getting points.
I wanted this in my first season, so my trophy cabinet looked complete. To get this in my first season, i basically just sabotaged the teams that were close to me in the Constructors Standings by pushing them onto the grass, braking suddenly, or ramming them into the odd wall here or there.
It wasn't so much about getting them a DNF, but just be lower in the top 10, or finish just out of it. If you find yourself unable to catch 1st place, just lower the AI to 0.
Make sure you watch out for warnings and penalties to yourself though, and of course damage

It is possible to get in your first season, cleanly. I got it on race 21/22 without my team mate scoring a single point

During the race you can spin the Mercedes cars quite easily without receiving penalties by nudging their back tyres. You should be able to get 26 points per race by getting fastest lap and the win with the Mercs finishing towards the back. Do this for a few races a season and you should pull ahead quite far in the Constructors Championship. If the Red Bulls start catching up, do a few races to them too.
