How to unlock the We Are the Champions achievement in F1 2020 - Definitive Guide

Pretty self-explanatory. For this, go to Grand-Prix menu, and then choose Classic and select the Brawn GP.
Then choose the Brazilian GP. Under weekend Information you can set weather to Wet. I also put the AI on 0. Also do a 1-shot-qualifying.

Once the game has loaded you retire from the one-shot session and start the race.

All you do now is make sure you finish above 11th place. As my AI was on 0 I was also able to get the achievement "Phoenix From The Ashes" which is for finishing 1st after starting last.

And that's it! Simple!

You can easily do this by turning AI down intact i was 20th and won by 10 second margin
