Pretty straight forward and repeat of F1 2019.

From main menu, go to Multiplayer tab & select leagues. Create a league, with choice of assists, tracks, ai settings, private or public etc, set to on demand (means you can do the 5 races back to back within an hour), then you can invite friends to join.

Go to the lobby in the league menu and take part in the session of min. 5 races (quickest set up is 5x 5 lap races).

After the 5th race is complete, finalise the results and go back to the main menu. Go to the in game mail box, and claim your medal to collect the achievement.

Unlike 2019, you can achieve a medal just by participating in a session alongside finishing in the podium places. To gain the medal you must take part and complete ALL 5 races during the session, no backing out midway through.

N.B. I have a few TA leagues set up, anybody is welcome to join them and I will be happy to help anyone to get this achievement 👍.

League must be done with at least one other human player, does not work with just ai. Cannot be done solo.

Just finished a league season with 3 other gamers and all 4 of us got a medal and popped it - so it does look like more than the top 3 can get the achievement.

Another faster boost option is
The first player after the start backs out and is disqualified.
The second one drives a little and crashes the car. The race is over, the points are awarded. Both were given medals.

Collect medals at the post office in the main menu.
