You could get this numerous ways and in whichever career mode you choose. I obtained this automatically, doing absolutely nothing, in Two Player Career.

I selected 10 races, and updated my assists to my liking. After my second race, advancing time, the trophy automatically popped up after parts were developed during the advance.

Selecting 10 races in Two Player Career can also go towards some other achievements like:

"Perfect Record"
"World Champion"
"Constructors Champion"
"Tracked Addiction"
"1 Lap is all i Need"
"Qualifying Master"

And i was able to also obtain:
"Start a Two Player Career"

and working towards:
"Two Player Career Complete!"

If doing this in (for example) My Team, head to R&D, select something like Durability, and chose to upgrade whatever is available. You will need to wait until the date it says to be completed by, so advance time (don't forget to select your activities too :D) and do some races.

Once its upgraded, the achievement shall unlock :)
