How to unlock the Monaco Hero achievement in F1 2021 - Definitive Guide
Main Menu - Multiplayer Tab - Choose "LEAGUES";
Choose "CREATE LEAGUE";
Put any League name, location, pattern and colours. Advance;
Now on Leagues Schedule dont change anything. Just observe the Start time, you need ~3 minutes to finish the league setup before it can start. Advance;
Pick the Monaco Race on Round 1 (5th option). You need 5 rounds/tracks to advance, just press down on the Dpad 4 times. Press A to advance;
You are now on "League Settings". We need to change 3 things here. First choose League Settings and change the last option ("AI Substitute Level") to the Max (110). Press B to back and now go to Weekend structure. Change the Session Length to Long (50%) (I also recommend changing Qualifying Format to One Shot). Press B to back and go to Simulation Settings. Change the AI Difficulty to the Min (0). Press B and Confirm Settings.
Now you are on the "League Summary". Choose "Next League Event" to start the session. The session will start on the scheduled time. Press A to "Ready Up".
If you choose the one shot qualy it will start from the Qualy. Just press to open the pause menu and the CPU will control your car. You should get pole with a time of ~1:10. It should count for the 50 pole achievement and the 10 one shot.
Now on the race is the same thing. Just press and the CPU will take over. It should also count for the 50 hours of "Tracked Addiction" and the multiplayer wins/finish.
After the end of the race, on "League Summary", pick "Retire from League".

Great solution! It also progresses all the multiplayer achievements, including those that count wins!

I could do this with two profiles, my main on cloud, the other in local. Cloud gaming has idle time limit, so you have to use the gamepad from time to time

From the main menu, to Solo, and select "Grand Prix".
Select F1 2020.
Select 'Monaco', and then to Advance.
**You can get this by 'cheating' if you just don't care by turning off Rules in 'Rules and Flags' allows you to cut corners and take short cuts which are pretty fun and easy in the two tracks mentioned.
Choose your team and driver, and Advance.
Play with your assists to best suit you, and then to 'Weekend Structure'. It's up to you if you want to do a one-shot qualifying (which counts towards another achievement), but you must select 'Long', which is 50%.
This race will be 39 Laps.
You can also play around with the weather if you wish.
You need to win, so if you are not confident at this track, lower the AI driver level.
Achievement unlocked during my podium celebration.

hey, yes, however AI driving is only available in online or two player career, but as this needs to be 50%+, your best bet is to set up an online session. i drove mine for the first few corners, kept checking on the straights which lap i was on, and drove the last few corners of the last lap, and the achievement popped. i hope that answers your question :)

I agree with turning the rules and damage off. The corners in the bottom section of the course can be cut, and the first corner too.
It's fun to just bash into other cars. The CPU cars can still be damaged and in my race only 9 cars finished and I was 4 laps ahead. I would just ram them at full throttle as they slowed down for corners.
I had to "reset to track" once because I got tangled up with my teammate in a crash. Otherwise, it went smoothly.

If you have 2 xbox:
Go to online, make a private lobby
Monaco, 50%
You just need to press start when on the grid and your car drives alone
Your controller does not need to be connected all the time
So i got the achievement without driving!

This is a bit of a vague description. You need to win in Monaco with a distance of 50% of the maximum, that is, 39 laps.

We create Monaco, set 39 laps, bot level to 0, turn off flags and damage and calmly drive off, cutting off everything we can, trophy in your pocket
