Easiest method for this achievement is to set up a 10 race season in the Drivers Career.
-Pick either Mercedes or Red Bull team because they are the fastest teams
-Set up AI to 0
-Damage to none
-Race length to short which is 5 laps.
-One Shot Qualifying to get pole position all the time
Just come 1st in 10 races and achievement is yours.
P.S. This is my first guide, fell free to comment on what to improve next time

You can also pair this with completing your first season of Two Player Career, by setting that to a 10 race season and winning all the races. That will only work if you have a committed partner though :)

I got this in an online lobby between two of my accounts, so this method requires either two consoles or a boosting partner.
I set the lobby up to be 10 races long each set to 3 laps, I think 9 of them were at Austria my alt account was disqualifed for not setting off and I paused the game so the AI drove my main account and then won. If you are playing with a boosting partner you both want to finish so it counts towards 100 online races but make sure that one player wins
Setting the AI Driving to 110 will make this faster although only about five seconds a lap.

This worked a treat for me just now, definitely the easiest way to get this while grinding the 100 online races
