How to unlock the Qualifying Master achievement in F1 2021 - Definitive Guide

Go to Solo and Grand Prix. Choose a short circuit like Spielberg Austrian Grand Prix and obviously set the Weekend Structure to One-Shot Qualifying Format.

Set a fast lap and get Pole Position.
Press the A button once on the results screen and then Restart Session.
Rinse and Repeat.
Add an Achievement Tracker and watch it fly up every lap ^_~

The best thing about this achievement, is you can do it on any mode; My Team, Single/Two Player, Grand Prix, Driver Career, and even Multiplayer (though that would probably be easier if you were boosting with something you know, instead of a full on public session 😅). It also rolls over if you change modes.

If you already have a career going, you can change to One-Shot or Full Qualification in "Weekend Structure" from your HQ if you don't have any qualification as it is. If you are having issues getting P1, simply lower your AI level, again in the settings in HQ.

For more experienced races, you could tweak your car setup customly, or quickly with increased or max speeds before you head out on track for your qualification run.

50 Poles = 50 Races, across the whole of the game. It does take time, but it's just one of those progress ones.

You can boost quicker by starting a second career or GP, setting low AI and one-stop quali. Do your quali, get pole, then retire from the race if you wish.

This method could be done as well online with a friend or another account if they are on board with quitting (even though you do need to finish 50 and 100 online races, so why not have 1 get pole for the first 50, then second player get theirs the next time?).

We turn on the Grand Prix mode, set the track to Austria 23 races, turn on “Standard” in the car damage settings, qualifying 1st race, take pole position, as soon as the race starts we smash the car against the wall, then leave the session and so on again until you get the trophy
