My Team is probably the best to do this with, as you are in control of everything.
From your HQ homepage, toggle
to R&D, and select and upgrade (which uses your resource points) from each department: Chasis, Aerodynamics, Powertrain and Durability.
These take time, possibly even after 2 races.
Once these are upgraded and fitted (which normally happens during Advancing time), the achievement will unlock :)
