From the main menu, 
to Solo, and select "Grand Prix".
to select F2 2020.
Select any track you want, and then
to Advance.
**You can get this by 'cheating' if you just don't care. Selecting France or Italy and turning off Rules in 'Rules and Flags' allows you to cut corners and take short cuts which are pretty fun and easy in the two tracks mentioned.
Choose your team and driver, and Advance.
Play with your assists to best suit you, and then to 'Weekend Structure'. It's up to you if you want to do a one-shot qualifying (which counts towards another achievement), but you must select 'Feature & Sprint' and 'Medium'.
Feature is 8 Laps, and Sprint is 5 Laps.
You can also play around with the weather if you wish.
**I qualified P1 and won the Feature Race, which made me start P8 for the Sprint, so be prepared for that.
You do not need to win, just complete the races.

Winning the feature race counts as a 'grand prix' win. So this could also contribute to the Highs and Lows achievement if you choose Sochi or Spa.

I just did the feature on Austria in wet conditions and it was able to net me the wet look achievement. 10 laps for that achievement is a fairly quick.
