This chapter is a mid-race start in Canada, and actually has quite a fun objective.
I wouldn't skip the cinematics for this, it's great for the story :)

To be fair there absolutely no excuse for not finishing 20 seconds ahead of him. Like all the story chapters you are a minimum of 3-4 seconds a lap quicker than everyone. As with the whole story mode I would advise challenging yourself to get as high up the field as possible or treat it as a time trial because the objective doesn’t matter at all
