How to unlock the Two Player Career Complete! achievement in F1 2021 - Definitive Guide
Obviously you need two people for this, but it can be boosted with a second console and account (like a friend or roommate) and a second copy of the game if you didnt buy it digitally (if you have it digitally, use your home console for the other account).
Home Menu -> Solo -> Two Player Career.
You can set the season for 10 races, set your weekend (qualifying format) and assists. I think the shortest race laps you can do is 5.
You must do the first practice of the season, but you can go to track, then and "retire". Once back to the workstation, you can skip practices and go straight to qualifying or even the race. This mode is exactly like online, in the fact if paused, the AI still drives.
NEW: After boosting with another player, we found that in order to obtain your first race achievement, you NEED to drive. You can't retire. No need to win, just finish. You can retire 9/10 times.
You can retire 9/10 times, and still obtain the season completion achievement.
If you dont have access to do it this way, i'm sure many people on this site would be willing to help out, and you can even create an LFG (Looking for Group) post on the actual xbox, only needing 1 person for this achievement, i've seen a few on there already. If all else fails, shoot me a message on xbox (obviously same as my handle here) and i can help you out, although i dont have a mic as of right now.
This achievement will unlock after your last race.
You can also put this towards some other achievements such as:
"Perfect Record"
"World Champion"
"Constructors Champion"
"Tracked Addiction"
"1 Lap is all i Need"
"Qualifying Master"
"Second Time Around"
as well as complete 50 hours track time.
(i'm sorry i don't know how to include achievement links on mobile xD)

Any update on whether retiring all races counts? Or all dnfs?

None as of yet - i will be testing within 24 hours if only mechanical DNFs work or if you can retire from the start. I will comment when i find out :)

We find a partner, create a championship for 10 races, without a training format for 5 laps, you can skip qualifying, at the start both go at once and so on for all 9 races, but one race must be completed - this is for the trophy (complete the first race in a pairs career) total 2 trophy, time 20-25 m.
