Very simple. It can be done in any mode (career, free play, multiplayer etc) involving a F1 car (NOT Pirelli Challenges with Supercars)
As per the easiest method, just get a car you like on a track you like, set the lap at 5 (the minimum) and the AI at 0, then arrive 1st and the achievement is yours!
