This achievement requires you to boost your 2nd driver's stats 10 times using Team Activities.
I earned this while playing with my custom team (11th Team Mode) in Career Mode. In between each race weekend, you have the option to do team activities (Under the Overview Tab, hit
to bring them up). You will have a set amount of days to perform activities that will either positively or negatively impact the following:
Department Morale
2nd Driver Statistics
Acclaim and Resources
When something is positively impacted, it will show as green, and if it is negatively impacted it will show as red. All you need to do is pick activities that boost values (shows green) in the 2nd Driver Statistics column. For example, the Reaction Training activity will boost your 2nd driver's Awareness and Focus. You need to choose 10 separate activities that boost your 2nd driver's statistics during your career. Once you've done the 10th one, the achievement will pop.
