this "Ask the Pilot" task appears randomly in My team mode
after i did a long and unhurried career on my main save, i noticed that it didn't show up once over the two full seasons i did
but later, making the shorter and more personalized careers to get the other achievements of the engines, I did some tests

here we go: start a new career, choosing name, color, logo, engine, then select a customizable short season
once created, on the general screen of help, rules and settings, and change from default/casual to expert to increase the frequency with which departments come into contact between one race and another

then with the season already created, here is a fundamental step so that what people need appears faster, in the career menu, go to the facilities tab and deactivate all the sessions, leaving only one, the Marketing session

Once this is done, don't worry about playing, when you start a Grand Prix, just go to the Race tab and press X to simulate everything (with the exception of Sprint races, in which you will have to simulate twice)

when you see the Ask the Pilot Event, this method for me was very fast, in which the ask the pilots event appeared, already during the break of the third race

however, this seems to be a very random question from the marketing department, which makes this achievement somewhat frustrating

if it's not showing up for you, no need to give this mini-guide a thumbs down, it's part of the game, these marketing events, it should show up at some point

This one comes up randomly when playing in F1 22's My Team Mode.
(I'm not sure about the normal career mode yet myself, if anyone finds this through that as well let us know)

The one thing you can do to speed up the process somewhat is to change the department event frequency to increased in the Career Settings after you choose the length of the season you want to do. You MUST have Expert has you race style to see the option, it is hidden from Casual & Standard (which I only just now realized, oops!)

This comes from Marketing Department, not sure if it helps but I had it upgraded all the way Level 3.

I got this in Season 1 of My Team doing a 16 race season as Championship Contender and with Increased everything in Career Mode Settings

You'll know you got it if the Event shows up called: "Ask The Drivers"

YOU MUST ACCEPT this event and answer 2-3 questions presented to you by the department in order to get the achievement.

Just take your time and answer the questions, do not spam answers just to get through it quicker as it may cause the game to glitch and crash.
